Ben and Jerry’s newest ice cream flavor “Schweddy Balls” has some people freaking out. 

Personally, I think it’s hilarious!

Much ado about nothing. The flavor’s selling quickly and people love it. And no, it has nothing to do with gay marriage (seriously, I can’t believe they threw that in).

In other news, treats are a part of a sane eating plan, but we tend to forget how potent the cold stuff is…

One pint of Schweddy Balls contains 4 x 1/2-cup servings. Each serving has 270 calories. If you end up scarfing the whole thing? That’s 1,080 calories.

Each serving also contains 15 grams of fat,  31g of carbs (26g from sugar) & 4g of protein.

If you MUST have it (hey, I don’t judge ya!) opt for a smaller serving & throw in some berries! You can even go half-sies with greek yogurt: less sugar & more protein!
